A group of strangers meet on a train from Los Angeles to Seattle —and one of them carries a troublesome secret.

Opening Off-Broadway at Lincoln Center Theater March 13, Keith Bunin's new work The Coast Starlight plays the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater. Previews began February 16.

Starring are Mia Barron (The Wolves), Camila Canó-Flaviá (Network), Rhys Coiro (Dinner at Eight), Jon Norman Schneider (Catch as Catch Can), Tony nominee Michelle Wilson (Sweat), and Will Harrison (One Arm) in his New York theatre debut. A young man with knowledge of a troublesome secret boards the Coast Starlight, a train headed for Seattle from Los Angeles. On his voyage, he encounters fellow travelers who he helps face the aftermath of their own choices.

Tyne Rafaeli (Selling Kabul) directs the production which features sets by Arnulfo Maldonado, costumes by Ásta Bennie Hostetter, lighting by Lap Chi Chu, original music and sound by Daniel Kluger, and projections by 59 Productions. Melissa Chácon will be stage manager.

The Coast Starlight was first produced by La Jolla Playhouse, and developed at New York Stage and Film and Ojai Playwrights Conference.
