Michael Breslin and Patrick Foley’s Circle Jerk has announced Pride performances for its new hybrid in-person and live-stream production beginning June 8 at Off-Broadway's The Connelly Theater.

Presented by Fake Friends, the 2021 Pulitzer Prize Finalist will open its new production June 14, with performances running through June 25. Pride-specific performances are set for June 11, 17, 18, and 24 at 10:30 PM; and June 25 at 3 PM.

Set in wintertime on Gaymen Island, a summer retreat for the homosexual rich and famous, Circle Jerk follows two white gay internet trolls who scheme to take what they want in a chaotic mix of flip flops as three actors play nine roles.

Co-writers and performers Breslin and Foley will be joined by Cat Rodríguez. Rory Pelsue will direct, and Ariel Sibert will serve as dramaturg. Breslin and Foley previously executive produced and co-wrote the book for Ratatouille: The Tik Tok Musical.

The creative team for Circle Jerk includes video and co-lighting designer David Bengali, co-lighting designer and video associate Ted Boyce-Smith, scenic and props designer Stephanie Osin Cohen, sound designer Kathy Ruvuna, costume designer Cole McCarty, wig and make-up designer Tommy Kurzman, stage manager Codey Leroy Butler, production manager Violet Asmara Tafari, technical director Jesse Mattes, assistant stage manager Carolina Arboleda, assistant scenic designer Anthony Freitas, video associate Stivo Arnoczy, video engineer Ted Charles Brown, production electrician The Sovereign Candle - Kent Sprague, and graphic designer Kameron Neal.
