The world premiere of Michael Cruz Kayne's Sorry For Your Loss opens at Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre May 8 following the beginning of previews April 28. Presented by Audible Theater as part of its spring season, the limited engagement plays an extended run through June 10.

In Sorry For Your Loss, Kayne (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert) explores grief after he tweeted on the 10th anniversary of a loss—and received over 140,000 responses.

Director Josh Sharp helms the creative team comprised of scenic designer Brett Banakis, costume designer Rodrigo Muñoz, lighting designer Cha See, sound designer Connor Wang, and projection designer Aaron Rhyne

Post-show talkbacks have been set for May 11, May 12, and May 19 with each focusing on a theme explored in the show.
