On June 11, Broadway gathered to celebrate the 2022-23 season, held uptown at United Palace theatre. While some outfits at this year's 76th Tony Awards were gorgeously loud, others took the red carpet classics in subtle and interesting directions—and invited a closer look to appreciate their magnificence.

2023 Tony nominee Rachel Hauck wore a head-to-toe suit printed with copper-colored birds. She made a sharp pair with her date, director Lisa Peterson, who wore a turquoise suit.

2023 Tony nominee Justin Cooley went for a watercolor aesthetic in this abstract floral print with an elongated suit jacket. Jake Sokoloff styled Cooley in a custom suit designed by Brandon Gray of Grayscale.

2023 two-time Tony nominee Jordan E. Cooper went for monochromatic leather in this embellished suit by Off-White. The look, styled by Ebony Brown, also featured a reference to his show Ain't No Mo' with an airplane pendant around his neck. Jewelry was by H.Crowne.

Award presenter Utkarsh Ambudkar wore a variegated woven suit, and brought a playful turntable-themed bag to complete the ensemble. Styled by John Tan, Ambudkar wore a suit by Stephen Mikhail's Atelier Cillian, a watch from Fabergé, and a bowtie from title of work. Judith Leiber designed the bag, while Sareen Bhojwani provided hair and makeup styling.

2023 Tony nominee Micaela Diamond went for a tiered look of big florals emphasized with black stripes. Styled by Sarah Slutsky Tooley and Vogue, Diamond's Carolina Herrera by Wes Gordon dress was paired with Roger Vivier shoes, and Eva Fehren and Sydney Evan jewelry. Christie Lee was both makeup artist and hair stylist.

2023 Tony nominee Lorna Courtney went for a simple silhouette with a giant bow to show off luxurious coloring of her gown's florals. Styled by Emily Sanchez, Courtney wore the Markarian dress with shoes by Alexandre Birman and jewelry from Fred Leighton and Kwiat Diamonds. Karla Serrano styled Courtney's hair into a curly updo, and makeup was by Nicole Bueno.
