Stars in the House Stars in the House Celebrates New York Pops April 18 With Nikki M. James, Steven Reineke, and Stephanie D'Abruzzo

Stars in the House—the live-streamed concert series created by Playbill correspondent and SiriusXM Broadway host Seth Rudetsky and producer James Wesley—celebrates the 39th anniversary of the New York Pops April 18. 

Patti Murin guest hosts the evening, joined by Tony winner Nikki M. James (The Book of Mormon), New York Pops music director and conductor Steven Reineke, and Avenue Q's Stephanie D'Abruzzo. Watch the stream above beginning at 8 PM ET.

As previously reported, The New York Pops' 39th Birthday Gala, For the First Time in Forever: The Songs of Kristen and Bobby Lopez, will be presented April 25 at 7 PM at Carnegie Hall. Guest artists include Kristen Bell, Caissie LevyBetsy Wolfe, Jennifer Barnhart, Jaime Camil, D’Abruzzo, Santino Fontana, Jordan Gelber, Ann Harada, James, Mykal Kilgore, Rick Lyon, Murin, and John Tartaglia.

Stars in the House launched March 16, 2020, and has raised more than $1 million to support The Actors Fund and its services in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. It has also raised funds for the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund in support of the Black Lives Matter movement as well as Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

New shows feature performances by stars of stage and screen, in conversation and song with Rudetsky and Wesley. Peter Flynn serves as streaming director.
