Reviews are coming in for the world premiere of Jonah by Rachel Bonds, which officially opened February 2 at Roundabout Theatre Company's Off-Broadway venue, the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. Previews for the limited engagement began January 11, and the show will continue through March 10. The coming-of-age play follows two students at a boarding school—Ana, whose dreams seem to be coming true when she meets Jonah, who may not be everything he seems. The cast includes Tony nominee Gabby Beans (The Skin of Our Teeth) as Ana, Hagan Oliveras as Jonah, Samuel Henry Levine as Danny, and John Zdrojeski as Steven. Danya Taymor directs.
