Reviews are coming in for the world premiere of Lucy by playwright-director Erica Schmidt (Cyrano), which opened February 6 at Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre. Audible Theatre presents the work, which began previews January 28 for a limited engagement through February 25.
Brooke Bloom and Lynn Collins star in the two-hander about Mary, a busy mother who has recently hired the warm and promising Ashling as a nanny for her young children. But, Mary soon feels that something is off. Is it lack of sleep and stress from work getting to her, or has Mary invited an unstable troublemaker into her home?
