Emursive's newest production, Life and Trust, which premiered Off-Broadway August 1, welcomed a bevy of Broadway's best for a special performance August 22.
Stars of many Broadway shows, including Water for Elephants, MJ, The Outsiders, Hadestown, Little Shop of Horrors, Suffs, Harry Potter and The Cursed Child, Back to the Future, Stereophonic, Harmony, Hamilton, Oh, Mary!, The Big Gay Jamboree and The Great Gatsby turned out for this special night, and Playbill has the pictures to prove it.
Reimagining the Faust legend of money, sex, and power in the heart of New York's financial district, Life and Trust began previews at Conwell Tower June 20. The newest offering from the team behind Sleep No More, the site-specific experience takes place on the eve of the Great Crash.
Written by Jon Ronson, Life And Trust is directed by Teddy Bergman with experience direction and scenic design from Gabriel Hainer Evansohn. The production is co-directed and choreographed by Jeff Kuperman and Rick Kuperman, and features creative casting and movement direction by Stefanie Batten Bland, with co-choreographers and associate directors Kristen Carcone, Lauren Yalango-Grant, Christopher Cree, and Emily Terndrup.
The creative team for Life And Trust includes costume designer Emilio Sosa, hair and makeup designer J.
