International News Kris Marshall to Lead World Premiere of Ryan Craig's Charlotte & Theodore at Theatre Royal Bath

The Love Actually star will play an academic struggling to keep up a romance amidst a political and social minefield.

Ryan Craig's Charlotte & Theodore has set a world premiere at the U.K.'s Theatre Royal Bath with performances beginning February 16, 2023, and continuing through March 18 in the theatre's Ustinov Studio. Opening night is February 22.

Stage and screen star Kris Marshall (Love ActuallyGlengarry Glen Ross) will star with two-time Olivier winner Terry Johnson at the helm. Further casting and creative team are to be announced.

The new play takes place on a university campus that has been transformed into a pseudo battlefield in the face of cancel culture, gender politics, Trans rights, and more. In the midst of the chaos, two academics attempt to maintain a decade-long romance.
