Located in a hotel auditorium in New York's tony Sutton Place neighborhood, the Sutton Show Shop premiered its first production Only the Young in 1932, but it lasted only one performance. It presented one more production, Ibsen's Ghosts in 1933, and subsequently faded into theatrical oblivion.
