News Understudies from Shuffle Along, Something Rotten!, Bright Star Will Stand in the Spotlight The At This Performance concert series will continue later this month.

Musicals Tonight! will continue its ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway standbys, understudies, and alternates October 23 with its next edition of At This Performance, which will be held at 7 PM at The Lion Theatre, 410 West 42nd Street.

Hosted by series producing artistic director and casting director Stephen DeAngelis, the series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences.

Scheduled to perform are Maddie Shea Baldwin (understudy for the role of Margo Crawford in the Broadway production of Bright Star), Preston Truman Boyd (understudy for the role of Steven Kodaly in the Broadway revival of She Loves Me), Benjamin Cook (understudy for the roles of Jesse Tuck and Hugo in the Broadway production of Tuck Everlasting), Elizabeth Margaret Crawford (standby for the role of Winnie Foster in the Broadway production of Tuck Everlasting), Leo Ash Evens (standby for the roles of Sam, Izzy, Carlo, President and Emcees in Shuffle Along, Or the Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed), Adrianna Hicks (understudy for the roles of Celie, Church Lady, Nettie and Squeak in the Broadway revival of The Color Purple), Travis Kent (understudy for the role of Chad in the Broadway production of Disaster!), Maggie McDowell (understudy for the role of Marianne in the Broadway production of Disaster!), Aleks Pevec (understudy for the role of Shakespeare in the Broadway production of Something Rotten!), Christian Dante White (understudy for the role of Noble Sissle in the Broadway production of Shuffle Along, Or the Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed), and EJ Zimmerman (understudy for the role of Eponine in the Broadway revival of Les Miserables).

Musical director/accompanist for the evening will be Eugene Gwozdz.
