News U.K.'s Curve to Present New Production of Legally Blonde Curve in Leicester is to present an all-new production of the 2007 Broadway musical Legally Blonde, directed by artistic director Nikolai Foster in his opening slate of productions working with incoming chief executive Chris Stafford.



Legally Blonde, which will be Foster's first musical as artistic director at Curve, will begin performances April 11, 2016, prior to an official opening April 14 for a run through May 14. With music and lyrics by Laurence O'Keefe and Nell Benjamin, and book by Heather Hach, it will be choreographed by Nick Winston, with whom he has previously worked on the current national tour 
of Annie and a production of White Christmas in Leeds last year.

The production will be designed by Matthew Wright, with lighting by Ben Cracknell, sound by Tom Marshall and orchestrations by Sarah Travis.

Foster will also direct the previously announced Breakfast at Tiffany's, starring Pixie Lott as Holly Golightly that begins performances March 3, 2016, prior to an official opening March 10, for a run to March 12 prior to a national tour that will culminate in a transfer to the West End's Theatre Royal Haymarket. Co-produced with Colin Ingram and Peter Kane, it is designed by Matthew Wright, with music by Grant Olding, lighting by Ben Cracknell and sound by Mic Poole.
