Geffen Playhouse has found full casting for its upcoming revival of Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot, which will be led by Rainn Wilson and Aasif Mandvi as Vladimir and Estragon, respectively, as previously announced. Performances begin November 6 ahead of a November 11 opening night, with the run continuing through December 15.
Newly announced to be joining Wilson and Mandvi in the cast are Conor Lovett as Pozzo and Adam Stein as Lucky. Lincoln Bonilla and Jack McSherry will share the role of Boy. Understudies Timothy Paul Brown, Andrew Brian Carter, and Boise Holmes will round out the company. Casting is by Phyllis Schuringa.
Judy Hegarty Lovett is directing the new production, which will feature scenic and costume design by Kaye Voyce, lighting design by Simon Bennison, and sound design and composition by Mel Mercier. Alyssa Escalante will be production stage manager with Miriam E. Mendoza serving as assistant stage manager. Geffen is presenting the staging in association with Gare St Lazare Ireland.
