Roundabout Theatre Company's upcoming one-night-only benefit reading of Twentieth Century has found its complete cast. As previously announced, RTC will welcome back Alec Baldwin, Anne Heche, Dan Butler, Stephen DeRosa and Julie Halston—who were part of the company's 2004 Broadway revival of Ben Hecht and Charles MacArthur’s play in the new adaptation by Ken Ludwig.

Joining them will be newly announced Tony nominee Richard Kind (The Big Knife) as Max Jacobs, Nick Choksi (Indian Ink) as Dr. Grover Lockwood, Holley Fain (Harvey) as Anita Highland, and Michael Mulheren (Kiss Me, Kate) as Conductor, as well as Raji Ahsan (Enter Laughing, Franklin Bongjio (The Underpants), Daniel Fredrick (Fallen Angels), and Evan Powell (The Last Match) as the Porters.

Rounding out the cast of the benefit reading will be Paul Alexander Nolan as Dr. Grover Lockwood and Henry Winkler as Matthew Clark, also both previously announced.

The staged reading, directed by Walter Bobbie, will take place on April 29 at 7:30 PM at Studio 54.

Based on a play by Charles Bruce Millholland, Twentieth Century follows a struggling Broadway producer (Baldwin) who tries to get a former lover, now a Hollywood star (Heche), to sign a contract to star in his latest (and as yet un-conceived) play as they travel on the luxury train Twentieth Century Limited from Chicago to New York. He has 20 hours to persuade Lily to return to Broadway. Otherwise, it's the end of the line.

The play served as inspiration for a 1934 movie and the subsequent musical On the Twentieth Century, which Roundabout revived in 2015 with Tony and Emmy winner Kristin Chenoweth.

The creative team for Twentieth Century includes David Rockwell (sets), Jeff Mahshie (costumes), Donald Holder (lighting) and Shannon Slaton (sound).
