The annual holiday favorite Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes returns to Radio City Music Hall November 18 for a limited engagement through January 2, 2023.
The famed Radio City Rockettes, the longest-running precision dance company in America, are featured in nine production numbers in the 90-minute production. The 2021 staging was cut short due to the pandemic.
The 2022 Christmas Spectacular also features the new lyrical number “Dance of the Frost Fairies," where the Rockettes transform into fantastical, winged fairies—the troupe performs the number alongside fairy-drones dancing high above the audience. Gregg Barnes designed the 36 unique costumes for this number.
Tickets for the Christmas Spectacular, which has been seen by more than 69 million people from around the world since it debuted in 1933, are on sale at Rockettes.com.
