Tony nominee Melissa Errico will celebrate the holiday season in Los Angeles with two concerts at Feinstein's at Vitello’s in Studio City.
The Broadway favorite will play the intimate nightspot December 21-22 at 7:30 PM. She will be joined at both shows by Jon Lovitz, who will offer special comedy material and join Errico on a song or two.
The artists will be accompanied by a trio led by Grammy-winning jazz pianist Randy Waldman.
In addition to holiday tunes, attendees can expect to hear the works of Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Lerner and Loewe, Joni Mitchell, and Stephen Sondheim. Errico's history with the late Sondheim began when he selected her to star as Dot in Sunday in the Park With George at The Kennedy Center. She subsequently played Clara in Passion at Classic Stage Company, followed by the City Center Encores! production of Do I Hear a Waltz? Her 2018 album, Sondheim Sublime, led to sold-out concert dates around the country, and in 2020 she was featured on the PBS special Poetry in America, in which she sang “Finishing the Hat” and discussed Sondheim and his lyrics.
