Initial casting has been announced for Michael Harrison's new production of Robin Hood that will play the London Palladium December 7, 2024–January 12, 2025.

The holiday panto, which promises "stunning sets and costumes, rip-roaring comedy, and incredible special effects," will be produced and directed by Harrison for Crossroads Pantomimes.

Heading into Sherwood Forest will be Jane McDonald as Maid Marion, Julian Clary as Robin Hood, Paul Zerdin as Will Scarlet, Nigel Havers as Friar Tuck, Marisha Wallace (Guys and Dolls) as The Sheriff of Nottingham, Charlie Stemp (Crazy for You; Hello, Dolly!) as Alan-A-Dale, Rob Madge as The Spirit of Sherwood, and Tosh Wanogho-Maud as Little John. Additional casting will be announced.

Director Harrison said in a statement, “One of the highlights of my year is bringing together our magnificent London Palladium panto cast and preparing to stage our much-loved Christmas spectacular at London’s home of variety. I’m absolutely thrilled that Robin and Marion, two of the greatest lovers in history, will be played by the wonderful Jane McDonald and Palladium royalty Julian Clary. This is a love story like no other, bringing a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘Robin Hood’s Camp.'"

The upcoming production will also have set design by Mark Walters, costume design by Hugh Durrant, choreography by Karen Bruce, visual special effects by The Twins FX, lighting design by Ben Cracknell, sound design by Matt Peploe for Gareth Owen Sound, and composition and orchestrations by Gary Hind.
