Off-Broadway's York Theatre Company will close out their Fall 2024 programming the new musical InunDATEd, with book by Alice Scovell (The Rewards of Being Frank, Kindred Spirits) and music and lyrics by 5 time ASCAP Composer Award winner Christine Lavin.
Directed by Christine Pedi (Jerry’s Girls at the York, Forbidden Broadway) with music direction by Beth Falcone (Wanda’s World, Unexpected Joy), performances of the two hander will begin October 4, and continue through October 13.
Starring Kate Rockwell (Mean Girls, Bring It On) and Taylor Crousore (A Musical About Star Wars, Forbidden Broadway), the romantic comedy musical centers on singer-songwriter Lucy (Rockwell) as she goes on a slew of dating app dates in hopes of finding Mr. Right, all the while gathering material for her songs.
The creative team for InunDATEd includes lighting designer Michael Gottlieb, and sound and projections designer Peter Brucker. Christine Catti is production stage manager and Caroline Inches is assistant stage manager.
