News Jeff Daniels Discusses Broadway and More on Tonight's "Inside the Actors Studio" (Plus Video) Award-winning actor Jeff Daniels, who will return to Broadway later this season in Blackbird, sits down with host James Lipton on the Jan. 7 broadcast of Bravo's "Inside the Actors Studio."

The Emmy Award-winning series begins at 8 PM ET; check local listings.

Daniels, according to Bravo, "discusses his recent role of John Sculley in the critically-acclaimed film, 'Steve Jobs,' and his upcoming Broadway run starring in Blackbird, beginning February 2016. In the episode, Daniels delves into his Midwestern roots, where both he and his wife, Kathleen Treado, talk about The Purple Rose Theater, which they founded in Chelsea, MI. Additionally, viewers will learn of Daniels' experiences acting in such films as 'The Purple Rose of Cairo' and 'Terms of Endearment' as well as his time working with Aaron Sorkin on his Emmy-winning portrayal of Will McAvoy in 'The Newsroom.' Finally, Daniels showcases his musical ambitions with a song inspired by Clint Eastwood."

Daniels received a 2009 Tony nomination for his performance in God of Carnage.
