The English National Opera currently presents its first production of Porgy and Bess at the London Coliseum. The opera from George and Ira Gershwin and DuBose and Dorothy Heyward opened October 11 and continues performances through November 17.

Directed by James Robinson, the staging stars Eric Greene as Porgy, Nicole Cabell as Bess, Nmon Ford as Crown, Latonia Moore as Serena, Nadine Benjamin as Clara, and Frederick Ballentine as Sporting Life. John Wilson conducts.
