Stage, screen and music icon Gibson will be awarded the Rockers Lifetime Achievement Award at the event. All proceeds from the evening benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA) and non-profit performing arts education programs.

The PATH Fund (Performing Artists That Help), which is producing, is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to raising money for charities that benefit arts and entertainment organizations.
