Also faring well were An American in Paris with four wins; as well as Hamilton and The King and I, with three wins each. Despite receiving the most nominations, a total of 12, the new musical Something Rotten!, did not win in any of its categories.
The annual Gala Awards Dinner will be held 4 PM May 21 at Sardi's Restaurant. Michael Cerveris, Nick Cordero, Raúl Esparza, Katie Finneran, Montego Glover, William Ivey Long and Jefferson Mays will serve as presenters
