Industry News Casting Director Chad Eric Murnane Launches Murnane Casting

The new boutique office is available for nationwide projects in theatre, film, and television.

Casting director Chad Eric Murnane, formerly of Binder Casting and Lisa Fields Casting, has launched a new, independent, and boutique casting office in NYC, serving projects nationwide in theatre, film, and television.

Among the projects Murnane has worked on from previous casting offices are the Hollywood Bowl Into the Woods, Off-Broadway's EmojilandAnne of Green Gables at Goodspeed Musicals, and Did You See What Walter Paisley Did Today? at La Mirada Theatre, along with national and international tours of My Fair LadyThe Sound of MusicTootsie, and The Color Purple. In TV, Murnane worked on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows and Paramount's reboot of Friday the 13th.

"I love what I do! I thrive on collaboration and helping artists and creatives find their voices through casting,” says Murnane. “I learned how to run a room by observing many great casting professionals, like Lisa Fields, and I’ve modeled my career on their work habits. Now, I bring the same tenacity and passion to every project.”

Murnane Casting will work with some of Murnane's current clients, though "exciting new projects" are reportedly on the way as well.
