News Broadway's Mamma Mia! Welcomes New Rosie and Tanya Tonight The Broadway production of the hit Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus musical Mamma Mia! welcome Mary Callanan and Alison Ewing to the cast at The Broadhurst Theatre Feb. 2.

Callanan, who steps into the role of Rosie, comes to Broadway directly from playing that part in the Las Vegas company and national tour of Mamma Mia!

Ewing, who joins the cast as Tanya, also played that role in the Las Vegas and North American tour of Mamma Mia!

The Broadway cast currently features Judy McLane (Donna Sheridan), Elena Ricardo (Sophie Sheridan), Victor Wallace (Sam Carmichael), Paul DeBoy (Harry Bright), John Hemphill (Bill Austin), Jon Jorgenson (Sky), Thomasina E. Gross (Lisa), Traci Victoria (Lisa), Neil Starkenberg (Pepper), Taurean Everett (Eddie) and Deanna Aguinaga, Sydni Beaudoin, Brent Black, Natalie Bradshaw, Allyson Carr, Felicity Claire, Tony Clements, Antoinette Comer, Mark Dancewicz, Stacia Fernandez, Tony Gonzalez, Corey Greenan, Jennifer Hemphill, Bryan Scott Johnson, Corinne Melançon, Christopher Hudson Myers, Patrick Ortiz, Jacob Pinion, Terra-Lee Polin, Gerard Salvador, Jennifer Swiderski, Santina Umbach and Leah Zepel.

Now celebrating 13 years and over 5,475 performances on Broadway, Mamma Mia! is also an international hit, having been seen by over 54 million people in 39 productions in 14 languages in over 400 cities. The original West End production is now in its 16th year in London.

With music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, Mamma Mia! is written by Catherine Johnson and directed by Phyllida Lloyd. The production has choreography by Anthony Van Laast, production design by Mark Thompson, lighting design by Howard Harrison, sound design by Andrew Bruce and Bobby Aitken, and musical supervision, additional material and arrangements by Martin Koch. Mamma Mia! is Craymer's vision of writer Johnson's "sunny, funny tale of family and friendship unfolding on a tiny Greek island. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter's quest to discover the identity of her father brings 3 men from her mother's past back to the island they had last visited 20 years ago," according to press notes.

Songs include "Dancing Queen," "The Winner Takes It All," "Money, Money, Money" and "Take a Chance on Me."
