Video Broadway’s Laura Benanti Shares a Christmas Song on The Late Show The My Fair Lady star reprises her turn as Melania Trump for a special holiday message on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

Tony Award winner Laura Benanti reprised her role as First Lady Melania Trump on the December 20 episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to deliver a Christmas message.

In the video above, Benanti sings her own Christmas songs “Make America Xmas Again” and “Merry Christmas to Me.”

Benanti currently stars as Eliza Doolittle in Lincoln Center Theater’s revival of My Fair Lady. Benanti most recently appeared on Broadway in Steve Martin’s comedy Meteor Shower. Prior to that, she starred as Amalia Balash in Roundabout Theatre Company’s 2016 revival of She Loves Me, for which she earned a Tony nomination.

She won her Tony Award as Louise in Gypsy, starring opposite Patti LuPone. Her additional Broadway credits include Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, The Wedding Singer, Nine, Into the Woods, Swing!, and The Sound of Music. Recently, Benanti has been working in television on series such as Nashville, Supergirl, and a guest arc on the latest season of TV Land’s Younger starring Sutton Foster.
