The Broadway League has released an additional round of Leadership Award winners, presented January 29 at the Biennial Leadership Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The newly revealed honorees are Nederlander Vice President of Production and Touring Christina Selby and Shubert Organization Senior Director of Theatre Operations Tammie Ward, each receiving Special Service Awards; and Situation Founder and President Damian Bazadona, who received the Impact Award. The former honors were presented by Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, while Bazadona's award was presented by Kristin Caskey.

“Christina Selby, Tammie Ward, and Damian Bazadona exemplify the vision, dedication, and commitment that drive Broadway forward," says League President Jason Laks in a statement. "They join Lauren Reid, David Stone, and Michael David as representatives of the pillars of leadership that sustain and elevate our industry. Their collective leadership and unwavering commitment to fostering innovation and inclusivity on Broadway inspires us all.”

The first round of Leadership Awards, presented in December 2024 at the League's Annual Meeting, included Lauren Reid being named Member of the year, David Stone winning the Distinguished Service Award, and Michael David receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award.

Honorees are chosen by a selection committee comprising League members across all membership categories.
