He joins the previously announced Jason Manford who plays Leo Bloom. Also already announced is Louis Spence, who plays Carmen Ghia in earlier tour dates through May 2 only.
In a press statement, Noble has commented, "I am very excited about appearing in The Producers. I am a huge fan of the show and for anyone who loves comedy, the chance to perform the work of Mel Brooks is amazing!"
Noble has been performing as a stand-up comedian since the age of 15. He has unveiled a new show every year for the last 15 years; his worldwide travel as a stand-up was the subject of his own BBC Radio 4 programs "Ross Noble Goes Global" and "Ross Noble On" and series "FreeWheeling" on DAVE earlier this year. He will join The Producers fresh from his latest U.K. and Australian tour.
The Producers is produced by Adam Spiegel Productions and is directed by Matthew White.
