SEEKING: REPLACEMENT
One male presenting dancer for Thistle Dance's Red Delicious.

Requirements:

A collaborative and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork
Extensive experience in partnering
Advanced Dance Technique
Physical storytelling, demonstrating fluidity between naturalistic and stylized performance styles
Comfortable performing in an immersive environment, engaging with the audience in close proximity
Experience in site-specific work or performing in unconventional spaces is highly desirable

Show Description: Join us for Red Delicious, where temptation is ripe for the tasting.This sensual blend of burlesque, dance, and immersive theater tells three tantalizing tales of the forbidden fruit. Paired with exquisite elixirs and delightful bites, Red Delicious promises an unforgettable evening of decadence, danger, and divine indulgence.

More Information: This show takes place in an underground speakeasy in Chelsea. It is not a traditional theater space, and you will be in close, immersive interaction with both the other dancers, and the audience.

SCHEDULE:
Rehearsals to start October 28th, around the schedule of the individual cast

Performances: Wednesday Nights at 6 & 8 pm
