Make sure you are putting your best foot forward at your BFA Acting auditions. This intensive, hands-on College Audition Workshop designed specifically for high school juniors and seniors looking to perfect their monologues.


When: October 26th, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Where: Cre8ive NYC, 134 W 29th St, FL 2, New York, NY 10001

Who: High school juniors and seniors preparing for college auditions

Cost: $250

What: Receive individualized attention on one or Two monologues, or get expert help finding the perfect one. Build confidence, refine your performance, and walk into the audition room fully prepared! (If you are having trouble with monologue selection, this is also the place for you!)

Meet the Instructor


Carly Polistina is an experienced actor, playwright, and screenwriter. She holds a BFA in Acting and trained in Shakespearean performance in London. Her work has earned her a nomination for Outstanding Featured Actress from the Connecticut Critics Circle Awards, and she has performed in the award-winning web series ’Please Help’. Her play ‘Nosebleed: a “comedy”…’, which she also performed in, completed a full run at The Tank this past July. Carly is currently pursuing an MFA in TV and Screenwriting at Columbia University while actively writing and casting new projects. With her extensive teaching background in Shakespeare and private audition coaching, Carly is dedicated to helping students feel confident and prepared for their college auditions. Her goal is to create the workshop she wishes she had when auditioning for schools!
