Good Morning! My name is Christy Altomare and I play the part of Sue Snell in the new musical revival of Carrie! This is a little sneak peak of my life on a sunny two-show day.

I start every day with 8 gummy vitamins. Gummy vitamins taste like candy but are good for your body. Why couldn’t all pills be in gummy form?

On my way to the theatre, I grabbed my favorite drink, mango kombucha. I thought it would be cooler to display a picture of my drink by using the app Paper Camera.

Before I got to the theatre, I made a quick stop to Il Cantuccio for fresh out of the oven chocolate chip buns. I go so often they know my face.

It is a beautiful day! I am so excited to start this matinee!

When I got to the theatre I walked past the box office. Two people were buzzing about how excited they were to see the show.

Our callboard is decorated with high school pictures from everyone in the cast... I gave our ASM, Jamie Hill, some larger photos because I printed them straight from my computer… and the cast finds it a bit hilarious.

I surprise Blair Goldberg and Elly Noble with the chocolate treats and the girls are getting pumped to start the show!

Without giving anything away… I get a bit of blood on my hands each show and usually need to run my jewelry through some water.

Now that I’m all dressed I make sure to put on some Lip Chick so my lipstick won’t come off on anyone (cough, Derek Klena) – if we happen to kiss during the show.

Speaking of Derek! I wonder how the boys are doing before the matinee…

Then it’s off to our cast's favorite lunch and dinner spot, The Path Café. Everything is so fresh and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Mackenzie Bell, Elly Noble, Blair Goldberg, Molly Ranson and I are enjoying a very tasty mid-day treat.

After the Path, I always love to run down to the Lifethyme Natural Market with Blair and Mackenzie Bell, our wonderful swing, for vegan cookies. I’m not even vegan and I’m obsessed with these cookies.
