Off-Broadway News Tony Winner Karen Ziemba to Star in According to the Chorus Off-Broadway

The limited run will begin performances in March at 59E59 Theaters.

Casting is complete for the upcoming Off-Broadway premiere of Arlene Hutton's newest play, According to the Chorus.

Produced by 59E59 Theaters and New Light Theater Project, in association with The Journey Company, According to the Chorus will be directed by Chris Goutman. Previews will begin March 23 at 59E59 prior to an official opening March 28; performances will continue through April 15.

The cast will include Tony winner Karen Ziemba (Contact) as Audrey, Sofia Ayral-Hutton as Nicki, Dana Brooke (Constellations) as KJ, Joy Donze as Linda, Tabatha Gayle (The Great Novel) as Monica, Judy Hiller (Ginkgo Girls) as Brenda, Brandon Jones (In The Soundless Awe) as Peter, Ricki Lynée (Pastel Color Ripples) as Joyce, Kelly McCarty (H*tler’s Tasters) as Stacie, Kleo Mitrokostas (Circle Mirror Transformation) as Jessica, Iraisa Ann Reilly (The Wolves) as Mallory, Will Sarratt (Everything is Super Great) as Van, Kim Yancey Moore (The Sea Lady) as the Audrey and Brenda understudy, and Krista Grevas (A Streetcar Named Desire) as the understudy for the female dancers. Lola will make her professional debut as Olivia the Dog,

Set in the basement quick change room of a Broadway theatre in the mid 1980's, According to the Chorus centers on a group of chorus girls at war with their dressers.

The production will also feature scenic and prop design by Brian Dudkiewicz, costume design by Kara Branch, lighting design by Eric Nightengale, and sound design by The Roly Polys. Madeleine Blossom will serve as production stage manager with Miciah Wallace as assistant stage manager.
