How to Broadway-size Your Next Party or Event with PLAYBILLDER

Jason Robert Brown's musical The Last Five Years had its world premiere in 2001, and made its New York debut Off-Broadway in 2002. Now, nearly a quarter-century later, it's finally having its Broadway premiere in a new production opening April 6 at the Hudson Theatre, directed by Whitney White, and starring Nick Jonas and Adrienne Warren. While it's taken a long time to come to Broadway, The Last Five Years has been a shining example for over 20 years of how a show doesn't need to come to Broadway to become a modern classic. The two-hander musical has proven popular with regional and community theaters across the country. Since PLAYBILLDER launched in 2012, we have had the pleasure of providing programs for plenty of these productions, and here's a look back at some of our favorites!
