Founder Rayshaun Sandlin has announced the launch of RAYNGE Production Company. The company is dedicated to amplifying the voices and narratives of marginalized communities, with a particular focus on Black and LGBTQIA+ stories.

Prior to founding RAYNGE, Sandlin contributed to casting for & Juliet, The Book of Mormon, and Caroline or Change, as well as Off-Broadway’s English. Sandlin also held operations and administration roles at the Public Theater and the Apollo Theater, and performed in regional productions as well as with the New York City Gay Men's Chorus. 

RAYNGE will produce content across multiple mediums, including theatre, film, television, and online. Through innovative storytelling, RAYNGE aspires to inspire, educate, and empower audiences, challenging societal norms and advocating for positive change.

RAYNGE is currently developing several projects, including a documentary series on the status of the theatre world four years after the We See You White American Theatre project , as well as a piece highlighting unsung heroes within the Black and LGBTQIA+ communities.
