The 2024 Drama Desk Awards, recognizing the best of Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Off-Off-Broadway, were held June 10 at NYU Skirball Center. Recent Broadway Sweeney Todd co-stars Sutton Foster and Aaron Tveit hosted the evening. The attendees included the cast of Stereophonic (which took home the most awards of the night), Brooke Shields, Debra Messing, Cole Escola, and more.
The Drama Desk Awards are voted on by theatre critics, journalists, editors, and publishers. This year's nominating committee comprised Martha Wade Steketee, Linda Armstrong, Dan Dinero, Peter Filichia, Kenji Fujishima, Playbill's Margaret Hall, and Charles Wright.
