News PHOTO CALL: An Error of the Moon, a Tale of the Booth Brothers, Opens at The Beckett Luigi Creatore's An Error of the Moon officially opened at Off-Broadway's The Beckett Theatre at Theatre Row Aug. 30.

This "speculation of jealousy, madness and the brothers Booth" will continue performances through Oct. 10.

 

Directed by Kim Weild, the cast comprises Margaret Copeland, Erik Heger, Andrew Veenstra and Brian Wallace.

An Error of the Moon, according to press notes, is "a fictional portrait of the brothers Edwin and John Wilkes Booth, the rockstars of their day. Edwin tells his tale of a man consumed by sexual jealousy, of bitter sibling rivalry, and the mad obsession that sparked the assassination of Abraham Lincoln."
