J.B. Priestley's An Inspector Calls embarks on a new U.K. and Ireland tour beginning September 9 at New Wimbledon Theatre. The revival marks the 30th anniversary of the production first staged by director Stephen Daldry at London's National Theatre in 1992.

Returning to the production as Inspector Goole is Liam Brennan, along with Christine Kavanagh as Mrs. Birling, Jeffrey Harmer as Mr. Birling, Simon Cotton as Gerald Croft, Evlyne Oyedokun as Sheila Birling, George Rowlands as Eric Birling, and Frances Campbell as Edna. Rounding out the cast are Philip Stewart, Beth Tuckey, Maceo Cortezz, and Rue Blenkinsop.

Set in the days following the first World War, the thriller centers on a dinner party upended by an inspector's investigations into the death of a young woman. The work premiered in 1945 in Russia, moving to London's West End in 1946 and Broadway in 1947. Daldry's production won Best Revival at the 1993 Olivier Awards, with its Broadway transfer winning four 1994 Tony Awards, including Best Revival and Best Direction of a Play for Daldry. The production is designed by Ian MacNeil, with music by Stephen Warbeck and lighting by Rick Fisher.

Produced by PWProductions, the 30th anniversary tour has stops scheduled for Shrewsbury, Milton Keynes, Stoke, Cambridge, Cardiff, Southampton, Newcastle, Brighton, and more. For a full itinerary, visit AnInspectorCalls.com.
