
Lennie Watts will direct the evening with musical direction by Steven Ray Watkins; Christine Pedi will host.
In honor of the silver anniversary of the MAC Awards, MAC, according to press notes, will shine its spotlight on "our wonderful and talented community of performers, clubs, members and people behind the scenes who make the magic happen each night." MAC will commemorate 25 years of award winners throughout the show.
The evening's special honorees are Annie Ross, who will be presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award; and George Sanders, who will receive the Board of Directors Award.
Currently scheduled to appear are Jane Monheit, Johnny Rodgers, Helen Baldassare, Julie Gold, Uptown Express, Rick Jensen, Ritt Henn and Sharon McNight.
