Cabaret & Concert News Jason Robert Brown’s SubCulture Concert Adds Performers and a Performance March 18 The Broadway composer welcomes Bridges of Madison County star Steven Pasquale and others.

Tony winner Jason Robert Brown has added performers and a late show to his March 18 booking at the Greenwich Village club SubCulture.

As previously announced, Brown will welcome back Steven Pasquale—who starred in the composer’s Bridges of Madison County on Broadway—to SubCulture as part of his his long-running residency at the downtown venue. Newly added to the March 18 concert: classical countertenor Patrick Dailey and Broadway tap dancers Noah Racey (Never Gonna Dance, Curtains) and Danny Gardner (Dames at Sea).

In addition to the usual 8 PM show, all four performers will also appear with Brown at a newly added 10 PM performance. Tickets are already on sale for the early show on the SubCulture website, and are scheduled to go on sale March 7 for the late show.

Brown will continue his monthly engagement at the downtown venue with an April 24 concert. The special guest that night will be Betsy Wolfe, who played Cathy in the Off-Broadway revival of Brown’s The Last Five Years, and also played Ellen in Bullets Over Broadway and Rosa Bud in The Mystery of Edwin Drood.

Throughout his residency at Subculture, Brown has welcomed a number of musical theatre stars to share the stage, including Pasquale and his Bridges of Madison County co-star, Kelli O’Hara, two-time Tony nominee Joshua Henry, three-time Tony nominee Carolee Carmello, Outer Critics Circle nominee Jenn Colella, Drama Desk winner Andréa Burns, Shoshana Bean, Tony nominee Chris Jackson, Drama Desk nominee Lindsay Mendez, two-time Tony winner Norbert Leo Butz, Tony winner Lena Hall, Tony winner Cynthia Erivo, Tony nominee Megan Hilty, Eden Espinosa, Tony nominee Norm Lewis, and more.
