Exposure, according to press notes, "is a new play by Steve DiUbaldo about the world of AAU basketball and the dark side of NCAA Division-1 recruiting. When Eli Gamble grows seven inches the summer after his junior year of high school, he becomes a major college recruit with NBA potential. On the murky path to realizing his newfound potential, Eli must navigate who he can and can not trust while he attempts to differentiate the game of basketball from the game of life."
The cast includes Erick Betancourt as Coach Wicks and Coach Lundy, Michael Galligan as Jackie "Moley" Adamoli, Gerrard James as Deion Means, Postell Pringle as Kenny Bethel, Cesar Rosado as Eli Gamble and David Zheng as Herman.
The creative team includes Katherine Barton (production stage management), Lauren Annunziata and Lisa Purrone (props design), Stephanie Levin (costume design), Tom Mulvaney (sound design), Frank Oliva (set design), Jesse Sheldon (lighting design) and Ale Mesa (assistant stage management).
Exposure is produced by Cervantes, Jaime Jaget and Ren Santiago. Playwright DiUbaldo's plays include Under the Water Tower, Boomer's Millennial Hero Story, It's Only Quiet in the Dark and Exposure, among others.
