Donmar Warehouse's 2021 West End revival of Nick Payne's Constellations (originally a Royal Court Theatre production) is joining the National Theatre's At Home streaming platform beginning April 12.

The revival of the two-person work, which follows a quantum physicist and a beekeeper through the many possible paths a relationship can take, featured four separate casts. Each pairing was filmed and streamed shortly following the revival's live run, with an encore stream following in 2022. All four pairings are joining NT At Home.

The pairings include Peter Capaldi and Zoë Wanamaker, Omari Douglas and Russell Tovey, Anna Maxwell Martin and Chris O'Dowd, and Sheila Atim and Ivanno Jeremiah. Each performance features direction by former Donmar Warehouse Artistic Director Michael Longhurst, reprising his work staging the Royal Court Theatre premiere along with the production's West End and Broadway transfers.

The revival won two 2022 Olivier Awards, for Best Revival and Best Actress, the latter for Atim. The production also picked up nominations for Best Actor (Douglas) and Director (Longhurst).

The production also features designs by Tom Scutt, lighting design by Lee Curran, sound design by David McSeveney, music by Simon Slater, movement direction by Lucy Cullingford, casting by Anna Cooper, and BSL consultancy by Daryl Jackson. Donmar Warehouse, Wessex Grove and Eleanor Lloyd Productions, Eilene Davidson, Gavin Kalin Productions, Grand Cru Consulting Ltd, and Rupert Gavin/Mallory Factory co-presented, in association with Nica Burns for Nimax.

NT At Home mostly offers filmed stage productions from the theatre's NTLive series along with archival tapings of National Theatre productions, though Constellations will be a unique addition in that it was not a production of the London theatre. Titles in the NT At Home collection can be rented individually, with streaming subscriptions also available.

NTLive, which primarily broadcasts productions live to movie theatres worldwide, kicked off its 2024 season with Dear England January 25 and Vanya February 22. The Motive and the Cue is screening March 21, and Nye will hit movie theatres beginning April 23. NT At Home does not have the complete NTLive collection, though many titles find their way to the streamer following the movie theatre run.
