News Cicely Tyson Will Join Viola Davis on ABC's "How to Get Away with Murder" Cicely Tyson, who won a Tony Award for her performance in the Broadway revival of Horton Foote's The Trip to Bountiful, will guest star in an upcoming episode of ABC's "How to Get Away with Murder."

Deadline.com reports that Tyson will star opposite series regular Viola Davis in the acclaimed series. Details of Tyson's character have yet to be announced.

"How to Get Away with Murder" airs on ABC Thursdays at 10 PM ET; check local listings.

The hour-long drama stars Oscar nominee Davis as Professor Annalise Keating, Billy Brown as Nate, Alfred Enoch as Wes, Jack Falahee as Connor, Katie Findlay as Rebecca, Aja Naomi King as Michaela, Matt McGorry as Asher, Karla Souza as Laurel, Charlie Weber as Frank and Liza Weil as Bonnie.

"How to Get Away with Murder" is created and executive-produced by Pete Nowalk. Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers and Bill D'Elia also serve as executive producers.
