Caulfield, who played Billy Flynn in the London production of Chicago this past May, will repeat his work as the slick lawyer for Broadway audiences beginning Nov. 19, according to Telecharge.com. The actor will stay with the production through Dec. 2.

As previously announced, Nov. 19 will also mark the arrival of "Sopranos" stars Aida Turturro and Vincent Pastore, who will assume the roles of, respectively, Matron "Mama" Morton and Amos Hart. Both actors will stay with the production through Jan. 13, 2008.

The Chicago company currently features Brian McKnight as Billy Flynn, Brenda Braxton as Velma Kelly, Michelle DeJean as Roxie Hart, Rob Bartlett as Amos Hart, Adriane Lenox as Matron "Mama" Morton and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine.

Maxwell Caulfield starred on Broadway in An Inspector Calls and Once a Catholic and Off-Broadway in Tryst, My Deah, Entertaining Mr. Sloane, My Night with Reg and Salonica as well as in the touring productions of The Elephant Man and Sleuth. His film credits include "Grease 2," "The Boys Next Door" and "The Real Blonde."

Chicago won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical in 1997 as well as awards for actors Bebe Neuwirth and James Naughton, director Walter Bobbie, lighting designer Ken Billington and choreographer Ann Reinking. The original production was directed and choreographed by the late Bob Fosse.

Chicago plays the Ambassador Theatre, located at 215 West 49th Street.
