Visesia Fakatoufifita and Faith Young will share the title role in Seattle’s 5th Avenue Theatre production of Annie, which runs November 23–December 23 under the direction of Billie Wildrick.
The production also features Timothy McCuen Piggee as Oliver Warbucks, Cynthia Jones as Miss Hannigan, Dane Stokinger as Rooster, Jessica Skerritt as Grace, Cheyenne Casebier as Lily, and Tony Lawson as FDR.
Completing the cast are Anne Allgood, Sam Bennett, Nicholas Japaul, Lauren Du Pree, Lola Havens, Cayman Ilika, Jordan Jackson, Addie Laramy, John Patrick Lowrie, Nate McVicker, Trina Mills, Jadyn Muralt, Taylor Niemeyer, Faith Bennett Russell, Nathaniel Tenenbaum, Chandler Thomas, Alia Thomaier, Matt Wolfe, Cole Zieser, Callan Barth, Summit Geiselman, Bryan Kinder, Lacey Krueger, and Seth Remington.
Annie will officially open November 30. Annie has music by Charles Strouse, lyrics by Martin Charnin, and a book by Thomas Meehan.
The production has scenic design by Beowulf Borritt, costumes based on the designs of Suzy Benzinger and Leon Dobkowski and coordinated by Rose Pederson, lighting design by Mary Louise Geiger, sound design by Joanna Lynne Staub, and hair and makeup design by Mary Pyanowski Jones. William Berloni, who trained Broadway’s original Sandy, is the animal trainer for the production.
Annie has choreography by Kelli Foster Warder and music direction by Caryl Fantel.
