Music for Medwish, an evening featuring a host of Broadway talent, will be held April 15 at 8 PM at Los Angeles’ Rockwell Table and Stage (1714 N. Vermont Ave).
Produced by Broadway actor and producer Betsy Werbel (Wicked), the event raises funds for Medwish, a not-for-profit organization that repurposes discarded medical supplies and equipment to provide aid around the world saving lives and the environment.
The evening will feature alumni of the Broadway and national touring companies of Dreamgirls, Les Misérables, Wicked, The King and I, Something Rotten!, It Shoulda Been You, Bright Star, and If/Then. Currently scheduled to perform alongside Werbel are Tony nominees Carmen Cusack and Sheryl Lee Ralph, Deedee Magno Hall, Renee Lawless, Jessica Snow Wilson, Adam Hunter, Rena Strober, Ashley Fox Linton, Kevin Odekirk, Kate Pazakis, Josh Grisetti, Kevin McMahon, and Julie Cardia.
