On December 4, playwright John Guare and film and theatre producer Anne L. Bernstein were honored at the Acting Company Gala, hosted by Kelley Curran (Bedlam’s Peter Pan) in New York.

Guare was presented with the John Houseman Award, which honors individuals with a commitment to the development of American classical actors and cultivation of a national theater audience. Bernstein was honored with the Joan Warburg Humanitarian Award, which honors individuals who demonstrate admirable dedication to philanthropic causes in the arts and other areas.
