We work with some of the most exciting productions in New York and beyond, including The Great Gatsby, Maybe Happy Ending, The Notebook, and Hip Hop Nutcracker. We build creator-led campaigns, design memorable audience experiences, and connect brands and fans to the heart of the theatre industry.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop and lead collaborations across brands, influencers, and media platforms. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on identifying partnership opportunities, pitching and closing deals, and executing activations that enhance campaigns and expand audience reach. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, producers, and community partners to build meaningful, results-driven relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, pitch, and manage new brand and influencer partnerships across client campaigns and the And That’s Showbiz brand
  • Create thoughtful proposals, pitch decks, and activation plans tailored to each opportunity
  • Serve as the point of contact for external partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution
  • Collaborate with internal account managers, community managers, and content teams to integrate partnerships into campaigns
  • Represent And That’s Showbiz at weekly partner meetings, client presentations, group sales events, and occasional trade conferences
  • Maintain detailed records of partnership activity, deliverables, and performance metrics

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or brand collaborations
  • Experience in entertainment, live events, media, or marketing strongly preferred
  • Confident communicator with polished client-facing skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, pitching, and negotiation
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Familiarity with Broadway or live entertainment is a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Canva, and Asana

What We Offer:

  • A creative, collaborative team environment
  • The opportunity to work with some of Broadway’s most dynamic shows and talent
  • Access to industry events and Broadway performances
  • Flexible hours and hybrid work structure
  • A growing agency with room for innovation and leadership

We are a queer-owned company and an equal opportunity employer. We strongly encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds — especially those historically underrepresented in the theatre and media industries — including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, and nontraditional candidates.
