DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Part Time Project Manager to join our team. The project manager ensures that creative projects and campaigns are ideated and executed on schedule.

The project manager should know and understand the flow of work from media plan to design to submission.

The project manager will use media plans, agency documents, and checklists, to accomplish their work.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Utilizing a project management system to facilitate the completion of campaigns, projects, and specific initiatives/designed assets

- Guiding the flow of all Projects & Campaigns to completion

- Reading and understanding media plans and campaign documents

- Communicating with the Strategy Team and Accounts Team about timeline and media strategy for each Client and Campaign

- Communicating with Creative Director about messaging and positioning for each Client and Campaign

- Communicating with Designers, Video Editors, and Web Coders about deadlines & needs specific for each Campaign

- This role will work in the office 9:30am-3:30pm Monday through Friday

- Depending on work flow it is possible this job could become Full-Time at a later date

Who we are looking for:

- 1+ years of experience in project management

- Knowledge and understanding of all the typical media in our industry, such as Digital, Print,

Broadcast, Direct Response, Out Of Home, Collateral, Front of House, Websites.

- An understanding of and appreciation for deadlines

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- A high level of organization & attention to detail

- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- A positive attitude and being able to adapt and be flexible with systems, procedures, and personalities

- Someone who wants to be accountable and values being responsible for projects being completed on time and correctly
