Immediate Opening for Management Associate – STOMP
The long-running international hit, STOMP, is searching for a Management Associate to support our General, Company, and Production Management operations. The position will work closely with the General Manager on all aspects of managing the North American Tour of STOMP.
Job responsibilities will include liaising with booking agency, vetting offers from tour presenters, tour engagement contract and settlement review, onboarding of new hires, social media management, and supervising the upkeep of numerous established organizational and paperwork filing systems. This position is heavily focused on the details that ensure STOMP runs smoothly across all departments.
Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, empathy, and a sense of humor. Organization and attention to detail are a must. This position requires the ability to execute sound judgment and the handling of confidential materials in potentially high stress situations.
Requirements:
Experience working in the Broadway touring industry is highly preferred
1-2 years’ experience working in a professional theater management office required
Facility with basic financial tracking in Excel
Available to start late February to early March in New York City – this is not a remote position
