● Check the project management site, Click-Up, to determine what projects have been assigned, when they’re due, and what the directions are.
● For merchandise designs: utilize the assigned brief (provided by the Art Director) to create on-trend, on-brand, and bespoke designs that accurately reflect the client’s brand identity and visual style guide as well as illustrating/graphically building new assets, merchandise mock-ups, project revisions, and help set up final approved artwork for our Production Art team.
● Ensure any revisions requested get completed in a timely manner.
● Collaborate with the art director and other designers to learn and develop design skills.
● If any artwork is approved, prepare designs for print production, including file formatting and Pantone color management.
● Attend virtual meetings with the art department, art and account managers, as well as product launch meetings. These include project brainstorms (where we encourage all to speak up with ideas!), bi-weekly touch bases with the Art Director, and sometimes even games! We love collaboration!
