Theatrical Outfit's The Wolf at the End of the Block, the new thriller by playwright Ike Holter, is playing the Balzar Theater at Herren's in Atlanta. The play will run through April 24.
Matt Mercurio plays Abe, a resident of the Rightlynd neighborhood of Chicago, who seeks justice after a mysterious, late-night attack at a boarded-up bar. In the next 48 hours, the neighborhood digs deep into escalating mystery, working against time to separate fact from fiction, but as the clock ticks down, the media gets involved, and what began as a simple mystery quickly twists into a personal, pointed, and political thriller.
The cast includes Anthony S. Goolsby, Mark Kincaid, Erika Miranda, Maria Rodriguez-Sager, Addae Moon, and Ike Holter. Understudies are Noelia Franceshi, Steven Medina, KeShawn Mellin, Kaitlynn Rivas, and Winslow Thomas.
Addae Moon directs the production, which features scenic design by Seamus Bourne, costume design by April Andrew Carswell, lighting design by Toni Sterling, sound design by Chris Lane, and prop design and scenic descoration by Nick Battaglia.
